Abstract:
As the human population grows, increasing crop productivity is crucial to combating environmental pollution and climate change. Nanotechnology has gained attention for its small size, surface functionality, and tunability. Nano-based agrochemicals have shown success in addressing modern agriculture issues. Nanofertilizers, such as nanofertilizers, have positive impacts on crop yield, nutrient use efficiency, bioavailability, and stress tolerance. Hybrid nanofertilizers, prepared by conjugating different components, improve overall nutrient availability, and yield. This chapter discusses major categories of hybrid nanofertilizers, their synthesis methods, and their impacts on plant growth and the environment.
