Abstract:
The nano-crystallite mixture, Cu-3(PO4)(2)& BULL;0.13(NH4)(2)SO4, and its composite coatings have been synthesized and characterized with different measurement techniques. The mixture's maximum specific heat capacity, C-p, is 1.20 J g(-1) K-1 at 327.35 K, while its coating composite containing 2.22% mixture with putty is 2.11 J g(-1) K-1 at 284.81 K. This composite's high heat storage density is observed, 22.56-30.16 kJ kg(-1), in temperature range 281.81-285.81 K for storing heat up to similar to 3 min. The crystallite size and crystallinity of the composite containing a 2.22% mixture with wall care putty are 54.73 nm and 83.9%, respectively. The maximum C-P of other composites is 1.05 and 1.01 J g(-1) K-1 for 0.71% mixture and 1.70% mixture, respectively. The crystallinity of all composites ranges between 83.9 to 84.5%. The magnetic properties analysis with temperature indicates that this inorganic mixture behaves as weak paramagnetic.
