A series of Bi2Se3 films was deposited at constant bath temperature with different deposition time (2 h-5 h) using simple chemical bath deposition technique, in order to study the effect of deposition time on its structural and thermoelectric properties. The crystallinity of the as-synthesized sample has been analyzed by x-ray diffraction, which shows the formation of hexagonal Bi2Se3 phase. Scanning electron microscopy examination indicates that the Bi2Se3 microstructure strongly depends on deposition time. Thermoelectric properties of Bi2Se3 film is also measured to confirm n-type conductivity.
