| dc.description.abstract |
The project selection and evaluation methods in a CSIR laboratory has been reviewed. This applies only to in-house projects, externally funded ones are monitored by the sponsoring agencies. However, there are certain lapses and the progress is not satisfactory. Factors and weightage have been proclaimed and depending upon the achievements, annual scores have been calculated. In case the targets are not achieved it has been suggested to drop the project after specified period. |
